• Every athlete starts with a thorough evaluation to determine their strengths/weakness areas for development, and current skill level.
• Build a plan based on age, skill level, position, and goals, to build a complete player.
• Live game reps and situational training to build IQ and smarter in-game decision-making. Focusing on game-speed skill training concentrated on shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, and defense.
• Track progress with regular feedback, skill development, and improvements for steady progress.
• The end goal is to create long-term development. That prioritizes fundamentals, consistent improvement to get players ready for the next level.
